Body based coaching lets you connect with your inner voice and listen to it. This is where you get your "yes" or "no" to guide you on your path. I am trained in Non Violent Communication to help you connect to your deeper feelings and communicate them to yourself and others. As a reiki practitioner I know that our "vibe" can make or break relationships and even art sales. Combining coaching with reiki promotes balance in mood, connection to others and self as well as boosting self confidence and your creative voice.
